Who Makes The Workouts?
We have a team of incredible trainers all highly certified and train actual people day to day at their personal gym facilities. These trainers together have over 30+ years of experience and are dedicated to seeing all their clients reach their goals!
Where can I get help with my workouts?
We have an excellent trainer support center! All we ask is for you to email (trainers@qiklift.com) and you will get a response from one of our actual QikLift Trainers. You can ask any question pertaining to workouts / health / diets and we are more than happy to help!
Is QikLift a subscription?
Yes.... QikLift is a subscription. We like to think of us as almost being like a gym membership but we provide the workout side of things. Each month we bill for the plan that you are currently on and you can cancel anytime!
How do I Unsubscribe?
Even though we hate to see you go..... to unsubscribe from our service you can visit the link at the bottom of each email you are sent that includes a workout and that link will direct you to a page where you can cancel your account.

Does QikLift issue refunds?
We do not issue refunds of payments. Even if you cancel the day after you've been billed we still do not issue that refund. I know this may upset some people but you respectfully had an entire month to unsubscribe or contact us before being billed.
Why do we pause workouts?
If we see your account is becoming inactive we don't want to see you fall behind. Our workouts progressively get more difficult and we don't want to see you get hurt. We will pause your account and send you and email where you can resume your workouts anytime. We do not pause billing if you are paused on workout. You still have to unsubscribe to stop billing.
